Fifteen

In the past week, I have done cardio 3 times, yoga every other day, went hiking/rock climbing Wednesday and walked and biked 2 miles on Tuesday.

I am so sore today, I can only hobble, so-more yoga is in order.  And drinking lots more water.  I had 3 sodas yesterday!  I had cut way back since the new year, but I like soda at a picnic-and we had 2 picnics yesterday.  I guess I need to modify that somewhat.  Maybe...lemonade at a picnic.
