This is a lovely trail! With 300 foot rise and fall in elevation that you hike in and out of twice, it's a hike! There are switchbacks to lessen the effort and the trail is not too rocky.
Park at the hiker's parking area (the bottom of that triangle) and walk North Plateau to the Sinks Trail. Take that down to the Stone Cuts Trail and follow the bypass route. Continue on the Stone Cuts Trail to the Sinks Trail again and climb back out to the road and walk back to the parking lot.
My best guess is 2.5 miles.
